I know nothing of your build but you may think of trying Soul Tether corrupted without the loss of life affix, paired with Covenant without it’s primary downside. Increases survivability.

Also, I don’t believe spell skills benefit from add # physical damage to attacks. Spells are not attacks and it says so in the info area if you inspect the underlined terms. You should probably look for increased lightning damage and increased spell damage.

Your damage appears to be very low as well.
