How can I craft a ring like this?

Start with prefix rarity and that t1 fire res.

Cold Res essence

Quality slam for lightning

Prefix desecrate

Perfect essence for % mana (50/50 to hit your rarity and brick it)

Unveil flat mana

It’ll probably cost you 400-600 divs to craft that

Search for rings that have as many mods that this ring has, add the remaining via catalyzing omen + breach catalysts, perfect essence to add % mana. 

Likely best to start with one resist and rarity prefix on a blue base, as you cannot target that one. Ideally you would start with cold resist, as that one is worst to add.

Tons of luck and attempts

Personally I prefer breach ring as a base so I can quality mana up to 40%. Very good for mana stacker.

1. Buy 2 breach rings. One with T1 flat mana (Preferably highest flat mana you can afford) and second with prefix rarity breach rings.
2. Recomb with omen of recombination. Now you have T1 flat mana and prefix rarity.
3. Exalt any suffix mod with dextral exaltation.
4. Dextral Crystallisation + Perfect essence of mind to get %mana. If %mana roll is too low, continue craft, sell and repeat for the next ring. Prefixes are done.
5. Quality up the ring with any resistance you want, however the money maker is cast speed and all ele res. Max Quality + Omen of catalysing exaltation + Perfect exalt.
6. If step 5 fails or roll something totally different, dextral crystallisation + essence of the abyss + collarbone and reveal. If still fails, Dextral crystallisation + Essence of Hysteria to remove desecrated line and repeat the process. (This step is expensive, can skip and move on to next ring if you want)
7. For the last 2 suffixes, repeat step 5.

Please correct my steps if I made any mistakes.

Don’t bother with any recomb methods or slamming non-fractured bases if you want T1s. You’re just going to waste currency especially with current catalyst prices.

Fracture rarity (or buy a fractured base - just make sure it’s a prefix fracture on preferably a ilvl82 base so you can get T1 resists), chaos on any one resist or flat mana, and perfect ex slam via sinistral/dextral crystal. I would only maybe use catalysts for the 5th one if you have 4 of the mods you need slammed on (including the rarity fracture). If you have flat mana chaos’d on first, you can do greater exaltations for the suffixes.

Last step is to get on a random prefix along with your flat mana and gamble the flat with sinistral crystallization + perfect essence of the mind.

With how cheap chaos, perfect ex, and annuls are right now, I’m not even sure I would bother with omen of lights for desecration reveals.

It will take a lot of resets but is the cheapest method right now. If you want to reveal you can save it for the last resist if not going for all T1s. It’s a very cheap craft without cast speed if doing it from a fracture start.

Another method with fractured rarity is to chaos on and slam the resist suffixes and then use essence of abyss cycling. Basically you would slam a prefix, use sinistral crystal + essence of abyss to turn that miss into a desecration. Reveal and if you don’t hit T1 flat mana, use sinistral crystal + essence of mind to turn the desecrated miss into % mana. Then you mark it once again with sinistral crystal + essence of abyss and keep revealing this way. Once flat mana is revealed, you slam another prefix and gamble the desecrated flat with sin crystal + essence of mind. If you miss (and have two non desecrated mods), just mark one again to omen of light it off and redo the cycling.

The latter is how I profit crafted all my mana stacker rings this league but they were double rarity + cast speed + all res T1s, so much tougher and specific suffixes to get on there.

so I actually crafted this ring lol, literally the one in the screenshot. this is what I did

take gold ring and chaos for t1 rarity prefix, important it's prefix because resistance is easy to get with catalyst and mana stuff is mostly deterministic.

put random suffix doesn't matter, use suffix omen + mana perfect essence to get % increased mana

desecrate mana

up to that point it's deterministic and the rest is yolo. to get this one I then did omen catalyst and lightning catalyst with greater omen of exaltation and perfect exalt to get 2. then same thing to get last suffix but without the greater omen. it's pretty consistent to get resistance this way. sometimes you get leach and can yolo annul. I've made several rings this way. not worth using expensive omens or whittles etc because you can get so many gold rings to just attempt the craft, eventually you get stuff that looks like this.

edit: only thing that costs money for this is catalysts really. you can always yolo the suffixes if you get enough gold rings, eventually you'll get this. doesn't costs hundreds of divines to make.

If you're just rolling in currency and don't care you could fracture a res lol.

Same deal except amulet and I aimed for life instead of mana. Main core of it is just the omen catalyst gambles till you hit.

1. Gold ring base
2. Make it rare
3. Annul down to one
4. Chaos spam for T1 res
5. Fracture res
6. Chaos spam for another res
7. Desecrate suffix (don't reveal)
8. Catalyst omen mana + perfect exalts till you hit % and flat mana

a) Missed? Regular annul the prefix and repeat
b) Removed desecrate? Annul again
c) Removed the miss? Re desecrate and repeat step 8
c) bricked? start back at step 5

9. Abyssal echoes + reveal desecrate hybrid res (or whatever you want)

Not a very good ring, you miss out on so many good stats with those resistances
