How can I get more waystones if my maps aren't dropping them like they should?

Guess You gotta go farm interlude a bit. Or buy from someone on the market.

I buy them at market because I haven’t had any luck with the drops either 

He restocks when you level up, but if you're new and running T1s, powerful map bosses have a very high chance of dropping the next tier. Also focus atlas points into waystone drop chance until you have enough T15s

Buy some tablets with waystone quant they should be dirt cheap.

What level are you and what tier maps are you doing?

Theres some nodes in the Atlas Passive Tree that boosts your waystone drop chance, I would pick those up to start with, also if you want to take strongboxes you can increase the chance for cartogrophers strongboxes which drops a handful of maps.

I had the same problem. You should run yellow maps later on. That way you can sustain, even with just 3 mods.
