Well there is no deterministic way of doing that. The issue is that all suffixes except the one from the essence are trash.

As you saw in the comments I believe you can’t whittle this too because essence mods have level of 1 so it will be the first to go.

The only way I think is to gamble here. Trying to annul suffixes with omen of sinistral annulment + greater annulment.

You have exactly 33% chance to erase bad suffixes.

From there you would be able to at least try with perfect exalts. If you hit good mod then just desecrate remaining suffix. And move to working on prefixes.

50 divs is not enough thought.

Another option, and correct me if I am wrong, is to try to annul all prefixes, desecrate and try to hit fracture. I am not sure if fracturing essence mods is possible. But that is the same chances 1 in 3 to brick this and again more than 50d budget.

AFAIK this essence mod is ilvl 1, so you cant whittle suffixes and lucky annul is the only way. Still possible to whittle prefixes though.

How did you get 100% increased socketed items? I know horror goes up to 60%

You could prefix annul twice and desecrate. And then fracture hoping to hit the legacy mod and start from there. Sounds expensive though.

The max life and movement speed are the only redeeming rolls. It would be far cheaper just to start over on a fresh base than continue, IF you really wanted to, you could annul and hope a dead stat like life regen/mana (int is ok, but not a premium stat) are dropped and you can slam a new mod on

i would take a shot in the nuts before every play session for movement speed that fast.
