Its a lot easier to roll 3 items with the main stat you want and then fracture each and have one hit in my experience. If two hit you sell the second base for a bunch or keep it to make a second one

What are you trying to fracture here? You can buy a pre-fractured +7 thunder talisman for 10d, which is a third of the price of the fracturing orb

Desecrate on attack speed and that thing is still nasty, u can even guarantee 18% with I think amanunu omen.
