Does Comet still work on COC?

Hi all, after my previous post I’ve made some changes in my build (Blod Mage Comet Spark). For a while it wos working beautifully. I started having more Comets triggered by CoC. But also my game (and I think console - I play on PS5, normal one) didn’t coop well and game started crashing a lot. I had several crashes, I’ve sent few crash reports to Sony. Decided to clean up the console inside from dust and dirt. But after that the game was still crashing on maps. Then I spent about an hour to make some changes in the build to get more tanky (changed few jewels and gloves for IS).

After about an hour I went to maps and.. Comet has gone. Coc don’t trigger it anymore. I’ve checked everything. Have 100% Crit, enough Spirit and CoC is active. Everything should work well. But there’s no Comets, not even one.
