Bear Shaman Druid - Help with Optimization

I’ve followed Capt Lance’s build and feel like my damage is underwhelming. Can anyone provide some guidance with what I need to do to get to that next level to beat all content? I feel like my talisman, even though not all T1 mods should be able to kill everything in game. My sceptre with a lvl 15 malice I do wonder if that is holding me back. Does a lvl 15 malice sceptre vs say 17 or 18 malice really make a huge difference? Also should I be corrupting all my gear to get that extra socket? Problem with that is that I spent all my currency on crafting or acquiring what I have now. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
