I started recording a bit late but he just stopped moving after the first few attacks no clue what happened.

Same bug happens sometimes with headhunter, probably those abyss mods

Could be Frozen Flume, usually the effect happens above the enemies head, I'm guessing it's stuck in animation underground and cant target you
