I want to craft a jewel like the screenshot. The 5th (last mod) is not even necessary. I just want crit damage and chance for attacks, quiver Bonus, and a large radius. What's the best and cost effective way of crafting something like this?

i crafted alot of these and its mainly easy due to low cost of chaos and anulls this league
quiver bonus is quite a rare mod compared to other jewel mods so:
crafting cost per jewel can be between 100-600 divines, mostly depending on how many omen of light you need
ive sold like 30+ of these for 800-1.1k divs the past 2-3 weeks

There aren't really any advanced jewel crafting methods in this game. You fracture on desired mod, chaos spam for the second and exalt praying you hit what you want.
If you fail, you can try to annul the recently added modifier and try to exalt again. If you remove your desired mod, back to chaos spam.
Probably classic get one. Fracture chaos spam desecrate exalt or smthn like that.

I don’t think there’s a fool proof method. I’d try fracture > chaos spam > desecrate.
