Emal and Tanim. Do they exist?

I see them in the poe 2 db but no location. They will often not mark a location if the enemy can appear anywhere or under specific conditions, but also if the enemy isn't in the game.

Has anyone encountered these? They're marked as the highest hp monsters right now but that spirit cost makes me think they aren't in the game?
