how do I fix this ring mana aside from pray chaos whittle?

You never pray with a whittle, look at ilvl on craftofexile. I believe rarity is almost always the lowest lvl

Normal/magic Gold ring, spam for prefixes IIR/ all res. Use greater IIR essence. Desecrate prefix. Can fracture here for a "save spot" if it hits a suffix,can later spam from this point, but could just Yolo and make a new ring if this one doesn't turn out right. Otherwise, omen consume lightning for t2+. Prefixes, unveil x2 and if you hit t1 rarity keep, otherwise, use % perfect mana + prefix perfect omen. Then at this point, it's desecrate again for t1 rarity/t1 mana slam and if fail, move on to another ring bc its mega cheap to do so

You whittle it and then if you hit t1 something which you cant whittle only option is to ritual omen anul and pray to hit the 1/3 and desecrate from there. But imo not worth it just buy a new base and go again.

given its not desecrated, you can yolo prefix desecrate and hope it hits the mana or % mana, if it hits the % just reapply the essence. If it hits the rarity new ring I guess...

You can’t whittle mana here. Mana is level 60 and rarity is level 47.

Updated I random slam desecrated prefix and luckily remove max mana so i can repeat until i got T1 mana Thanks to all opinions.

What's wrong with the %mana?
