Newbie Druid/Walking Calamity question
Is Walking Calamity supposed to do damage to *me* as well as my enemies?
My Druid is the first character I've gotten to the "endgame" (speaking to my newbness), and I thought I was doing OK for the first few hours. Didn't have any problems running maps, and got up to Tier 5 waystones pretty quickly, and was making sure I was upgrading my gear along the way.
But now that I'm in Tier 5 maps, I can't seem to make any progress. I'm dying too often, which is obviously slowing down (actually, altogether halting) my XP gain. I thought maybe I just stink and/or didn't have the right gear (I'm using a build guide from maxroll, so I *think* I've got a good setup as far as skills/gems/rotation), but then I noticed the "XXX has committed suicide" message almost every time I died.
As I started to pay more attention, it seems like it only happens when I activate Walking Calamity. Obviously that calls down a crap-ton of meteors, but I've been using that skill for quite a while now (as I was wrapping up the campaign), and if it's always been damaging *me* this whole time, I sure wasn't noticing it like I seem to be now...
