If I place the Royal Access Chamber there, will it brick my temple?

My understanding is that with the two main chains locked at the tips, the temple will try to delete as many rooms as possible without isolating anything, since there are no full loops, only an internal loop.

Which rooms would it delete in that case?

In theory both chains should be safe, but I’m honestly afraid to try.

Royal Access Chamber -- and all special rooms -- have a hidden affix that counts as a loop.

It has to be attached to only 1 tile.

So you'd let your right side Corruption chamber + Thamaturge die, and place it where the Corruption Chamber is, so that it's only connected to the garrison.

Have done ~30 Atziris with a full temple.

it will delete everything. that was how i lost my almost complete 70 rooms
