Its alright but not very good, crit and +2 proj is decent but thats about it

It's really bad imo. Why do you think it's "pretty cracked"? It has a combination of mods which people don't look for so at least 1 or 2 undesired affixes. Then also only +2. It's vendor trash at this point of the league.

Not a lot, unfortunately. As in, maybe 1ex.

If you want the big bucks, it's going to need at least +3 to x skills/+ spirit/%global defenses.

Mana regen isn't going to be useful either if it's + proj, so the base and the suffix are dead mods (unless you're maybe widowhail stormweaver or something).

It's pretty worthless compared to other end-game amulets, but if you're using it for leveling, it's fine.
