Chaos resist or extra life regen for a Zeolot's Oath build?

I'm running a cold wolf Zealot's Oath build. I currently have 64% chaos resist. Would I be better off dropping one of the 11% chaos augments on the chest for one that gives +44 life regen (Tecrod's Gaze for the extra shield regen)? Is 53% chaos resist enough for endgame maps and bosses?

There is a lot of chaos damage in this game and resistance decreases damage by a lot so I would stick with chaos
