Looking for advice on how to proceed this craft

I’ve been trying my luck at crafting for the first time this league and am in the process of creating a talisman for my build. My goal is to finish prefix first - ideally reroll flat Phy T3 for T1 (T2 if it can’t be reached) but am stuck on how to proceed without screwing up. Any tips on next steps to get there and how to finish craft are much appreciated!
