So I’m new-ish to PoE2 and just got to my early endgame stuff for the first time. I kept seeing people asking for leechers and wanted to see what that was about. Little did I know I would shoot up 15 levels (75-90) before I knew what was happening. I left the party, but now I feel like I’ve ruined my character for the endgame. Any advice…?
How did it get ruined?
How is getting 15 extra passives ruining your endgame? Just do what you want and have fun..if you're not having fun then play a different game for a bit and wait for next season.

Don’t spend the skill points till you feel like you’ve earned one
If you are asking this, then it didn’t ruin any endgame for you. You will quickly realised even the low under level yellow maps would slap you around like ragdoll still.
Did you get full bis items along with that 15 levels ? , level dosent matter at all if your character is naked
Also: Many people looking for leechers by now even pay 10-20 Divine orbs per run. If you find one of these, it can help you build up some wealth for items.
This is the general reason why I no longer powerlevel/carry people, and even play ssf so its not a problem. Too many instances of 'the chase' being ruined. That said, POE2 has a lot of stuff to do that isn't necessarily based on character level so you still have a long gearing-hill to climb.
If primarily gear-hunt and exploration isn't your thing, you could always roll a new char? That said, even at level 90 there is plenty of challenge ahead of you.
