Why they bait me like that

Is there even a way to enable such "isolated" nodes (except for unique tablet)? Like a command?

Or is it just poe's map being poe's map and best to just ignore them?

I had this happen with a tower earlier. Ran a different map on the other side of the screen and when I finished it the tower was accessible lol
