Just finished the campaign in SSF. What's even the point of this system

After the first season, I stopped playing this game. If I play a 500 hours, I should be able to craft at least one decent item.

I never saw omen of whitling as a drop or offer.

I respect for people with patience. But I have a life, family and full time work. I can't invest 5000 hours to be able to drop 30 omen of whitling, and craft a single good item.

PoE 2 is a pass from me until they fix craft mats drop rates. I am not hardcore enough to play this game with these drop rates.

There is no reason for there to not be at least 1 essence in every campaign zone, you aren't even necessarily going to get the ones you want even then. This would help less experienced players who go through campaign slowly and experienced players will just keep on blasting like usual.

There should be an essence mob in every campaign zone and they should drop 3-5 essences.

I do not understand why GGG is so scarce with low level essences. There is no market value???

SSF is a pain in your a.... I will never understand why people choose SSF . PoE2 is multiplayer and trading game .

Most of the stash tabs are designed for endgame trade. I do think the lower level currencies should be dropping a lot more during the campaign though, and maybe SSF could even get altered rates since you can't transfer it to a trade league afaik

I think SSF should account bind drops, but everything has a much higher drop rate. Then trade can be the way it is today.

Same thing with socketables. They should let you disenchant high level essences and socketables into lower level ones

Low tier essences are such a good campaign crafting system that basically doesnt exist. I feel like there should be at least 1 low tier essence in every area you open

for my build none of the essences were particularly useful so i'm just sitting on a filled out essence tab, its nice to look at though
