Does Inevitable Agony Curse Not Work?

Chronomancers Inevitable agony allows you to curse a target, while cursed, the damage dealt to the target is tracked & dealt again after the curse expires.

I maxed out the curse to be 100% magnitude, which would make it track 100% of my damage. Of course, bosses reduces it to 50%, but no matter what boss I'm fighting, when the curse expires, no damage is dealt.

Am I missing something?

I've used inevitable agony and it was definitely working, looking at that life bar it seems like yours doesn't. What are the support? What type of damage you are dealing? What portion is hit and what portion is ailments? Are you using a weapon swap setup?
