Yes. Immured Fury is the only one that's guaranteed to drop a fracture orb.

You are specifically looking for the map that has the Immured Fury? I think that’s the name, it’s an additional line in the cleansed area, you don’t need any rarity, it’s a guaranteed drop from the mob, you can use a vision of paradise tablet to run the map twice to get 2 fracturing orbs per fury map. Most corrupted areas will have one area with the fury, some will have none, even fewer will have two.

They're pretty rare, but I usually get at least one from a whole cleansed area, except my last one that was only like 7 nodes. I've had a few where I got 2 or 3. It's kinda funny, since they fixed Immured Fury I've done 4 areas and only got an IF node in one. Before the fix there was an IF node in every area, he just didn't spawn.

Iirc fracturing orbs are not affected by rarity.

I did test quant vs rarity maps this season and found more from quant without rarity but my sample size was too small to consider it confirmatory.

Fracturing orbs CAN drop from any “cleansed monster”, it’s always been this way. So when node states “area contains 29 packs of cleansed monsters” these are the monsters capable of dropping fracturing orb. A fracturing orb from one of these mobs is still a pretty rare drop though.

They are a guaranteed drop from The Immured Fury, a unique monster that will also be listed on the node. This was bugged and didn’t work earlier in the league but is fixed now.

Do yourself a favor and run any maps with The Immured Fury with a “visions of paradise” tablet fiat so that you may run it again after completion, netting you 2 guaranteed fracturing orbs (one for each kill of The Immured Fury).

Yes, I know Immured Fury and I know that one is guaranteed to drop there. But they should drop in the other areas too. But in three entire areas, absolutely nothing...

I got three fracturing orbs in my first cleansed area, and have played probably 40 cleansed maps since and haven’t seen another one.

Yes, it's normal as theyre fairly rare as refelcted in their price. I just got one in the very first map of the first cleansed area I did in a while, but did not get one from second nor third cleansed areas. Such is rng. Immured fury are also pretty rare.
