Questions says most of it. Willing to farm whatever im missing that is needed, but more specifically:
Any way to reroll that mana?
what should i desecrate into it?
Should i fracture it?
highlights:
-5 omens of light ; -16 divs ; - 8 anuls; - 4 desecrate rerolls; just about any essence
DONT have: any of the good ritual omens (like anul prefix/suffix only)
I would probably fracture it yeah.
If it hits +5 you could just annul until you scrape mana off.
If you remove both gains, before you take off mana, you should desecrate mana.
Then roll 2prefixes (1 perfect exalt +prefix+ double omen probs), then you can take mana off again with Omen of Light, then desecrate again.
(if you reached that point, where u hit 2 good prefixes + have the prefix desecration, you should fill up the suffixes with perfect exalt. THEN remove the mana/desecrate.
If you are really ballsy, you just annul 2 guys off now, then desecrate + fracture the +5. But this might fail on the first annul already, so not the best choice.
Do you have a sinistral crystallization omen and an essence of the abyss? With those you could 1/3 prefix desecrate hoping to get the mana, but keeping the Cast speed and spell levels safe.
Then you could roll/reroll prefix desecrations for increase physical spell damage or increase spell damage.
