Anyone Seen This Simulacrum Bug?

It appears that my simulacrum run is bugged, but not in the way I've seen people post about. I killed the boss in the second room, but he didn't drop anything, and just stands there.

Dead Boss is to the Lower Left

There is a section to click, to continue onto wave 6, but it does nothing when I click on it. I can't interact at all with the dead boss, my attacks go right through him. I've tried quitting, logging in and out and nothing changes. Anyone seen this bug and figured out how to salvage the run? This is my first time doing a simulacrum, I got the splinters about 3 at a time so I hope they aren't wasted.
