Unable to drink mana potion

First part of the video demonstrates that I could drink the second mana potion by pressing "2", and the second part demonstrates using controller to try to drink mana potion but failed.

For context (at the end of the video), I first equipped Waistgate, put Lavianga's Spirit to replace the health potion, unequipped Waistgate and put HH on. Reason because even tho Lavianga's Spirit even tho doesn't fire but it still triggers the passive node Stimulants (16% increased attack speed during any flask effect).

Anyone else have this issue and solution?

As far as I know the Waistgate bug was corrected.

The left mana flask only works if you have it on, if not the flask gives you an info like "this one cannot be used and whatever" when you hover the mouse on it. Or it informs you at the inventory, I don't remember.

I don't play using keyboard and mouse because I don't sit next to my PC anymore, I just stream from my PC to my phone using r/moonlightstreaming
