Did they change abyss void?

Notjing chsnged, its all rng imo. You're not guaranteed an omen of light as their drop rate seems to be fairly low. All the omens, except the three tied to specific monsters(liege, soverneign, blackblooded), drop from all the mobs. You're more likely to get sin/dex necromancy or putrafaction as those are a lot more common.

I only run overrun abyss and over the past couple days I saw a huge decline in omen of lights dropping. Amanamu barely even spawn for me anymore. Maybe it’s just RNG, but idk something feels off for sure.

I was literally going to ask the same thing when I see this post. Good to confirm that it’s not just me

Do you stack item rarity on the map? Do you have any on your gear? I usually got sinistral/dextral necromancy without rarity all league, and once I run a 70+% map and put some more on my gear I was getting omens of light again. They are not guaranteed, never have been, no matter how much your favourite youtuber says it is. They all run high rarity gear (100+%) and juice their maps with over 120% rarity baked in (omen of chaotic rarity)

I had 2 drop yesterday. I never try pulling them from the void I just try to nuke as soon as they spawn.

Edit: there was no void yet when they died

Having a map with 5-10 voids monsters droping only triple sinistral/dextral omens was already a thing before.

This void/drop interaction mechanic is truly bizarre and should’ve never been a thing. Who knows how it works now.
