Rarity and life are alternative prefix desecrations

I would go with life as 100 life is 3% crit and 6% damage for most blood mage.

A much cheaper way to do this is to buy a magic breach ring with t1 mana and all res. Use greater opulence to add t1 rarity suffix then desecrate a suffix and fracture. Any hit works but I prefer mana. Then life catalyst and catalytic ex for life hopefully. If it hits life then you can decide to roll from prefix or suffix to add mana %. If prefix then add another an hope it hits that so you have life mana # and %. If you fractured all res and hit life, I’d reveal then try and remove desecration when adding mana %. Then just desecrate for cast speed. Gl
