Can I upgrade this staff with my currency?

So I've been leeching temples and picking up the scraps. Today in one run I got 13div worth of annul orbs and perfect exalts they just left on the ground! This has lead me to about 100divs now. Any chance this will get me a better staff? I also have like 32 perfect exalts left.

Current staff +5 72 crit 136 spell DMG 40 extra 30 something extra cold And 42 cast speed.
