How do I proceed with crafting this bow? roughly 800 div bank (+ 3 omen of light)

Depending what your desired endpoint is you are absolutely going to run out of funds.

I don't think crafting should be without effort, but man do I wish it was not that expensive all the time lol

I’m not a bowologist but my advice is to sell.

The first thing u need is to buy GARUKHAN RESOLVE SUPPORT GEM, because that is mandatory for all attack crit build.

Then you make your bow

you can find a crafting route and estimate the cost, then search on trade to see how much the end result costs. This should help you decide craft vs buy. the easiest route would be 3 essence affixes, and desecrate the last prefix for phys#. Craft of Exile should help to calculate the chance to land and the omen of light cost.

If whittling is involved then it's a lot more expensive (more than 800d).

I got a bow to the same point myself.

Spent around 30 light, 15 whittle, 10 ancient jawbones. Ended up with T2 modifiers that I wanted.

Its painful crafting bows without a mirror+ of resources.

You can definitely improve your current bow with this one but it will be probably more wise to sell this as it’s the main start point for bows and buy a finished one with the proceeds.

What I would do is this:

Dextral exalt p exalt hoping for +5 or surpassing but probably not hitting it. Dextral crystalization if neither and add gain damage as lightning prefix. Repeat, if neither add p battle. Repeat, if neither add onslaught. Desecrate for only highest tier flat you can get. This should get you t1 phys % gain damage as lightning for shock, and phys # for prefix with crit, +3 and onslaught for suffix. That’s probably the best you can do with 3 lights and 800 divs sadly.

Don’t settle though on the flat phys #. This bow is super valuable because of t1 phys % and crit. That phys will only see its value if you can have the best possible base phys to multiply.

The mirror bow will cost you 800d probably just to block t1 accuracy and start whittling. Fubgun mirroring his bow for free is dope of him to do but it’s ruined the market for other crafter. Save up for a mirror and buy his or craft his with 4-5 mirrors and a shiyload of headache
