Quill Rain is in a terrible state

The idea of Quill Rain is awesome. The reality of Quill Rain is terrible.

The downsides are just way too big to use it for anything except as a utility bow.

Is that what they are going for?

I hope not... because the idea of Quill Rain is so build defining as a main skill.

But currently with the 40% less Attack Damage it just destroys anything you can do with it unless you just want to use it to apply wither or something.

So you can shoot fast (GREAT)

But it comes with 40% less damage (BAD)

The hidden downside which is actually a HUGE downside is that you destroy your mana so quickly too that you have to INVEST heavily into mana regen or leech or some kind of mana gain to use it effectively without getting cancer on your mana flask finger.

There are also NO OTHER stats you get from this bow.

IMO the less damage should be straight up removed. There is already so much investment needed elsewhere to offset the downsides of no other stats and mana drain.
