Hey, Im new to the diabloids or poebloids and here is the thing. So far all the builds I saw are some kind of "press one button - clear the screen".
Are there any classes or builds those make big value from strict cast orders and timing inputs?
There are builds that rely on combos for their rotation to work properly. Plant builds usually have lightning storm, plants first then lightning to water and empower them. Oil grenade + incinerate, oil grenade first then incinerate to ignite. Boneshatter + stun, use any ability to stun then boneshatter to consume it for big damage. Most skills will have some combo potential. Its just a Poe/Diablo thing to want a one button character
There are some perfect timing abilities such as perfect strike which give benefits for inputting the skill at the perfect time.

Zero duration titan has a tech with ember fusillade + sione that snapshots the buff if you cast within a specific window
Just a man and his crossbow. Mercenary is duelist persona tuned up to 11 and I love it.
