Lost my temple due to invisible medals bug, what can i do now?

Hey guys, coming with a question, seeking help.

So - i've run the temple Twice without an option to pick up any medals (all of them were invisible) and also couldn't progress further than the alchemy labs, because they were bugged as well (couldn't click to wake up the mob).

Then i ran temple a few times just to find not enough locks to keep it alive, ended up losing 2 Corruption Chambers in the main snake.

And my question is - can i somehow rebuild the main snake with 2 more corruption chambers or its permanently gone? I built them before using a Sac chamber sacrifice, but is there a way to do it without it?
