Icons of map boss and kther things dont became gray and crossed

I mean i am specifically in chineral wasteland, and i know that sometimes camps just dont go gray, but not only the ravaged camp didnt go grey, but xyclucian the chimera too, and neither the toxic bloom, and ideas how to fix it?
