What mods are you looking for on it?

As other have said: What mods you looking for? How much currency you willing to burn?

Do you want rarity? Are you stacking mana? Will you need spirit? Simple way to proceed is to use a rarity essence, desecrate prefix (don’t reveal) and fracture to hit spells. If you want spirit, reveal and see if you got lucky with a spirit roll. Most likely, you won’t. So you annul to one mod and chaos until hitting spirit. After that, use mana catalyst and catalyzing omen with greater exalt and sinistral exalt with perf exalt to try to get mana or mana %. Then, use an elemental catalyst and perf exalt to try to hit a resist or all resist. Then, desecrate for something else you need. You can expend a lot more to get better results, but the base is bad, so it’s not worth it.
