I hit level 30ish and decided I didn’t really enjoy caster Druid. So I respecced to a Werewolf build, but the first spirit gems you get I already used. I haven’t seen any since you get these drops, and also don’t see them on the market. Am I doomed to wait until later to get another?

Farm level-appropriate areas. Go fast, listen for loot filter drop sound.

Just a man and his crossbow. Mercenary is duelist persona tuned up to 11 and I love it.
