Beginner question djinn Barya tokens

Ok so I had a ascendancy granted token, mid trial my internet turned to crap, I ended up getting back in the game with next to no honour and I died the next zone

This obviously ate up my token, so where and how do you find these tokens so I can get those ascendancy points ?

You can buy one on trade or they will drop naturally as you play

If it's the quest token, it doesn't get consumed. It's in the "well" i think (the one where you open the trials)
