I would take that in a heartbeat personally even with the 1% mana loss.

2 locks to hit +4 *and* not have anything go down to T2 is a massive success, IMO. You can find yourself in a situation where you're chasing that for a while, considering +4 is 1 in 8 IIRC.

If you want to gamble, you can sell this and buy another unsanctified one (I think they're going for under a mirror now if you filter for prices in divs) for a lot more free looks. That's generally the best strategy IMO rather than not settling for a really good outcome and chasing something better on the same base.

The base is 2 mirrors? As in fractured 50 spirit and 11 spirit base? That's worth 2 mirrors?

depends on your budget but I would settle, especially that you are only 2 locks in, I got similar result on 12th lock

Why did you settle on 11 spirit on implicit for your lock though

As long as the mana rolls didn't take a skydive AND you got the +4, take it.

Even if you're rich, you can wear it while making another one OR better yet sell it and get some currency back. Hitting that 2x Mana roll on a fractured Spirit base isn't hard and is rather cheap compared to a single lock.

9% int seems a dead affix even for mana stacker 30 flat int usually better
