Temple with flesh surgeon

I'm in the middle of building a fubgun temple, and I just realised that there is no flesh surgeon in there.

I'd really like to have the option to get some neat limb upgrades in while grinding.

Does anyone have a link to or a picture of a good late game temple with an integrated flesh surgeon? I couldn't find any myself.

Finish the first snake and then do the orientation linked below, keep on locking until you get the 4 limbs you want, then once you finish, do the 2nd snake.
