First kill Atziri to get rid of her access room.

Then start building setup to put your archi where you want it to be by utilizing those roads in the center.

While you're busy with that, your snake will slowly destabilize on its own and you'll be able to start fresh.

Go watch milky or fubgun videos on how to build a temple, whatever you got going atm is cursed.

That atziri key room is also gonna end up giving major problems later on so if I was you, I wouldn't even bother.
