Related question, where can I see videos of the cosmetics? I wanna buy a new hideout, but I wanna see a video of it first. Wasn't there supposed to be a video player showing these things in game, like in poe1? I swear sometimes I see it, but it never works.

You have Steam Overlay disabled.

My solution to this issue was:

1. Exit Game
2. Completely exit/shut down Steam
3. Relaunch Steam then the game

so when this happened to me, i had to close out steam completely, wait a few mins then open steam again. maybe that'll work for you?

This has been an issue since 0.4's debut, and will likely be fixed on 0.5 instead
