The problem is that it’s a 78 base, so you’re not going to be able to get T1 flat mana on it. This also significantly lowers your odds on the mana catalyst slams to come out with something valuable. T2 flat mana with T1 % mana will sell, but T3 flat usually sits there.

Amulets with % int suffix also typically take crit damage instead of crit chance since chance is maximized via high end mana stacking / tree / jewels, so damage is the more valuable suffix. Chance sells better with cast speed (for those running Temporalis with mana stacking instead of Atziri’s, for example).

You can go for something cheaper such as T1 % ES and global defense essence, and then reveal T1 spirit, but I’m not sure how well those amulets sell.

I’m not even sure if % life and flat life is in demand. I’ve personally not seen it on any high end Rathpith builds since you get way more value out of mana stacking due to more sources and thus higher overall base, but I could be wrong here.
