new player here, I want to bind the "Infernal Cry" skill to my druid talisman so my warrior can have additional skills to use in bear form asides from swipe and ground pound. but when I try to bind it to my talisman the games says I dont meet the skill requirements while also not telling me what they are. How would I go about setting that bind up and meeting the requirments? Unless infernal cry just cant be bound to a talisman and only the mace.

Also not sure what you mean by “binding to a talisman or mace.” Skills aren’t bound to weapons, but can be bound to weapon sets through the gem menu (bottom right after you click to pull up additional info on the skill gem).
As for the gem requirements, when engraving it you should be able to mouse over and see the stat requirements listed in the gems information at the top.
A quick look at the PoE wiki shows that Infernal Cry requires strength. If your main hand weapon has strength on it, then when you switch weapons, you strength is likely too low. Just do a weapon switch and look at your character sheet to see how the strength changes as a result of the switch.
By the way, skills bound to your secondary set still count towards your overall skill count, so doing it will not give you additional skill slots to bind to primary.
Do you have the required strength?
I thought bears can only use warrior war cries if they are socketed into Ferocious Roar.
