This might be a silly question but can the item level be lower than the requirement level? For example is it possible for Akoyan Spear which has requirement level of 78 to drop at item level 75?

I do a lot of recombinating, because theres not really much other use for the expedition currency and I like Expedition. If I get two nice mods, like say +5 proj / t1 % ipd on a bow, and I just want to sell it as is with those two modifiers, how would I price that? Its insanely hard to filter through the trade site with rares w/2 mods. Do i price them similar to magics with the same mods?

Does anyone else never finish a build to endgame and just loves playing new builds over and over up to like act 4 of the campaign? That’s about when I feel like I need to try a new build! I have only ever taken a thorns build to endgame but have like 200 plus hours and love it!
