Craft or Trade

For me, this amulet really suits my build. I do have the budget ready, but in your expert opinion, is it better to buy or try to craft this myself? I'm hoping I could get it cheaper by crafting.

One of the benefits to crafting it yourself is it won't be sanctified/corrupted, so if you want to go that route yourself, you could.

If you want no risk and the sanctification is non-issue for you buying is probably fine.

Depending on your build/plans there are several limiting factors about the amulet though. Mainly It is pretty unsuited for mana stacking which is kinda the best end game caster variant. I am not sure how exactly the current market looks like but 3k div for something so obviously limited is something I would advise against.

To get to the point of having the amulet with t1 spirit and +3, with spirit fractured will cost prolly a couple hundred divs. Once you get that, ypu have 1 slam omen consume for castspeed, if fail, then you have to whittle to get cast speed or desecrate (cost, a lot), then slam the other, prolly crit. Then prefixes is ez, cost, cheap, maybe like hundred divs.

I'd say you could craft this under 2k easily

I can't give my opinion, as I'm too newb at poe2, but

"Allocates Cooked"

at the end of the day crafting is still just luck so, could get it in a hour with 200 div or could never get it after a mirror yknow. if this is the perfect amulet for you and it’s what you want i say go for it if you’ll be happy

Crafting is normally cheaper by at least 30-50%, but only if you know what you're doing. Make couple of mistakes and costs can quickly go out of control.

craft. the crafting cost of that amulet is 700-1000d

That's *insanely* overpriced at 3K divs with a failed sanctification and mid prefixes. Not to mention T2 crit.

If you don't care about sanctifying to +4, you're better off crafting something similar off a +3 fracture.

Generally, never buy someone's sanctification or corruption fails unless they're insanely cheap.
