I've played on and off since launch but never really committing past level 50 or so. I've started a Druid now this season and just done 2nd trials. So far the bosses are SO much easier.
Have the bosses been nerfed? Or is Druid OP in its first season?
Bosses that took me like 15 tries last time I'm breezing through. Even the giant monkey barely does damage now
Yes everything got nerfed except the player
Quite literally every monster was nerfed and there were some pretty substantial buffs to player characters
They did make some things easier. But I would also assume that during that on and off playing you got a bit better as a player also.

Just a man and his crossbow. Mercenary is duelist persona tuned up to 11 and I love it.
If only there were any clues. Could be anyone!
