Cogwheel/Freeze in maps

My game kept freezing in maps and it was actually unplayable. I thought it was cpu and shader issues so I tried the fixes I found on forums and youtube. My cpu would get so hard when I raindown comets. Switching to vulkan only made it worse. I realized my main gpu wasnt being utilized a lot while my igpu was at 100%. I turned off my igpu, didnt help. I was about to give up and quit then as a last ditched effort I downgraded my amd drivers from 26.1.1 to 25.91. It fixed it. Holy shit it was such a headache and I was about to quit. I just started playing a week ago.
Also it only happens when I get a lot of comets on the screen. My other build had no issues even on 26.1.1.
Just posting this js incase someone else having the same problem.
My specs, are ryzen 7 7700x and 7900 gre.
