Not sure what to do next

I just started this league and have around 300H already, i started with a Warrior (war bringer) and reached lvl 97, learning everything along the way, and now i feel like i hit a wall as the character is not really strong (clearing T16 is easy but slow) and i die when trying to kill citadel bosses.

I thought about starting a new character but it feels exhausting to start again.

Any advice ? I have around 500 divs but feels like a waste to buy new stuff for the character.

respecs are cheap in poe2, just start playing around with different passives and skills you like, no? its just gold

Changing that chestpiece for a Brass Dome is the most obvious thing in my eyes.
