Stuck on a loading screen

Just got the game on PS5, I've been sitting here for 20 minutes looking at a black screen with some gears turning while foreboding music plays, is it normal to take this long to boot the game on a first launch? I've never even gotten to a menu yet... What the hell do I do?

That's happened to me twice. First time I reset the ps5, and it worked. The 2nd time I restarted, that didn't work, and then reset the router, and then it worked. Good luck!
