Scarleteyes

I was going through the Infested Barrens and by Sebastian Carroway's hideout, Was a creature named Scarleteyes. It was a minotaur(?) that had that pale blue ghostly energy form. It was stuck in a tree so I could not interact with it. I created a new instance but of course it was gone. Google has absolutely no information on this being and of course I didn't think to screenshot shot it.

What was it?
