Orbs, runes, crafting mats

In general I've found it's best to use as you go, both for upgrading or purchasing entirely new gear. The higher level content you're clearing, the more/better drops you get. What seems like a lot of money to you now will seem like pennies at level 60 for example. You will get to level 60 fastest by spending what you need to become strong early. 10 minutes spent farming level 60 content will get you loot worth more than your current life savings, so really the goal is to push as high of content as you can ASAP.

Are you ssf? If so, save them for good magic/rare bases from vendors to periodically craft better items when you can’t easily progress anymore

If not, save them to trade with and buy some better gear

If you have plenty of them in either case, yolo slam whatever you want

Best advice is to use loot filter like filterblade. Divines and their value changes from league to league. They’re cheap this league, ~300ex, but last league they were up in the 2000ex (or maybe that was perfect exalts).

If you get a good item, the loot filter will let you know. Default white box, red line around it, usually worth it to pick it up. Not going to get much of that in the campaign though so just focus on getting through it.

What I do is gamble (specific NPC in each act’s hub) for gear with gold, try to get to maps/waystones/endgame content as quickly as possible. Sell rare gear that drops, save gold, spend gold gambling for gear that will in my experience have better mods than any trash that drops.

Runes, whatever else, use for whatever you need, like attributes or resistances on gear. The filter will let you know more or less its value.

Armourer scrap and archanist etchers are worth selling since they’re valuable this league. You don’t really need quality on leveling/campaign gear cause you’ll be changing it out/upgrading constantly. Anything with quality (gear+quality = armourer scrap; wands/staves+quality = archanist etcher) you find in the campaign you should salvage and sell the mats for exalted to get you started out.

Haven’t used the “awakened poe2” price checker, but look into “sidekick” or some other price checker so you can hover, click, and know what it’s worth if you have questions/don’t know if it is valuable.
