Any map node in a cleansed area can contain The Immured Fury. Doesn't have to be unique.

Seems like a 50% chance (roughly) that he appears in one of the cleansed maps in a cleansed area. Haven't seen him show up twice in one area so far.

He also seems to always drop a Fracturing Orb (30-40 div each).

Worth checking your cleansed zones in the atlas for him, for sure.
